Jon started life in startup land, specifically in Fintech before moving in to innovation and creative agencies. He has owned and run agencies in the UK and Australia and most recently led the team at R/GA. He has worked with clients like Twitter, Adobe, Google, Samsung, Jim Beam and more.
Justin Hind 
CEO/Founder of WithCollective
Justin’s trajectory into the advertising high ranks wasn’t an overnight fluke. Starting out as an economist, Justin is now the CEO of WithCollective and one of the most respected thinkers in the ad industry. WithCollective is an agency he set up 5 years ago with his partner Dominque that they proudly grew and sold off to the Dentsu group in 2016
Michele O’NeilL 
Strategy PARTNER, VCCP
Michele has over 30 years experience as Global Strategy Director in London and Paris, having led Unilever brands for Ogilvy and Lowe. In Australia, Michele is Chair of The Agency Circle, the industry’s new gender and diversity forum and a guest Lecturer at the University of Sydney.
Alex Tan 
Deloitte Director of Strategy
Alex started his career as an analyst with Deloitte working his way up the strategic consulting chain now a Director of the monitor Deloitte program. He solves strategic issues at Board and CXO levels as well as formulating corporate and business unit strategies, representing a new evolving dialogue of strategy.

This event is a Q&A event and includes:

The audience will sit to listen to the Q&A (6:45pm – 8.00pm)
We will have four speakers each answering in turn to the audience/prepared questions.
